2.4 Responsibility for vehicle descriptions, pricing, availability and compliance with UK consumer law rests solely with the Dealer.

3.1 Vehicle information, images, specifications and finance examples are supplied by Dealers.

3.2 Whilst we take reasonable care in presenting information clearly, we do not warrant that:

  • Listings are accurate or complete

  • Vehicles remain available

  • Prices are free from typographical or technical errors

3.3 Dealers are responsible for complying with all applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

3.4 In the event of pricing errors, Dealers reserve the right not to proceed with a transaction.

 

4. Consumer Rights
